Making it Relevant Part 1 Starts Sunday

This Sunday marks the start of the Making it Relevant Feldenkrais Series. This is the first of several 5-week chapters we’ll be exploring together. The "Making it Relevant" theme will be continuing throughout the summer with Part 2 and Part 3.

The heart of this series is functional curiosity. Making it Relevant is designed for you to drop in whenever a specific topic sparks your interest—whether you are looking for more ease while washing your hair, more strength for climbing stairs, or simply a more sustainable way to sit upright.

There are three ways to participate:

  • Join the full 5-week series: This is the best option if you want to dive deep. You’ll get full access to two livestream classes weekly and all videos and recordings from the series to revisit whenever you like.
  • Become a Body Matter Library Member: Members get access to this series, plus the archive of past lessons and resources.
  • Drop in by the lesson: If you prefer to pick and choose, you are always welcome to join us for a single session when the subject matter fits your needs.

Making it Relevant will be continuing throughout the summer with Part 2 and Part 3. I'll save most of the stair-climbing and squatting lessons for Part 3.

Don’t miss a lesson that moves you! To make it easy to follow along, I’ve created a dedicated "Relevant Lesson of the Week" email list. If you want to know exactly what we’re exploring each week so you can decide which sessions to join, you can sign up for those specific updates here:
