Blending Yoga + Feldenkrais Resumes Monday



Hello everyone,

This Monday, we begin a new online session of the Yoga + Feldenkrais® Blended format. This series is an interdisciplinary excursion designed to bridge the gap between traditional practice and modern movement science. By infusing Yoga Asana with the Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement method, we create a space where your body becomes the ultimate guide.

What to Expect

In these sessions, we go beyond the standard pose and explore a variety of techniques to create more options, more space, and more comfort in your body.

  • Joint-Specific Training: Building stability and resilience where you need it most.
  • Movement Puzzles: Engaging your brain and body to find new, efficient paths of motion.
  • Self-Massage & Breathwork: Tools to regulate your nervous system and release tension.
  • A Compassionate Mindset: Shifting the focus from "doing it right" to "feeling what is."

The goal of this course is simple: to help you feel a greater sense of ease and comfort in yourself. Whether you are looking to refine a long-standing yoga practice or you are simply seeking a way to move without strain, these classes offer a sanctuary for exploration.
